- For Malaysia consumers, the free shipping minimum is RM 149. For those who spend less than RM285 , the shipping fee is RM 31 for the first 1kg

- Using the 7-ELEVEN convenience store pickup method, the package must be picked up within 3 days after the product arrives at the store. If the package is not picked up within the pickup period, the local logistics will send the package to the one you filled in when ordering. , and you will be charged a fee.

Orders usually take 1-3 working days to process, and cannot be shipped on national holidays. When you placing an order,you may suddenly encounter out of stock and logistics that cannot be delivered.If you encounter the above problems, our store will contact you as soon as possible.
If you buy multiple products at the same time, and some of them are out of stock, in principle, our store will deliver them together after all the goods in stock. Returns: Contact lenses are personal hygiene and medical supplies, so after you receive the package, we will not be able to accept any returns!
